10/10 I was able to get my car back in a week and Robbie worked some magic and had my car looking brand spanking new!!!!

They repaired a small SUV for me and it disgusts me every time I get into my vehicle. Overspray on the rubber moldings. One of the power mirrors hasn’t functioned since it left their shop. Poor body work, fitment issues, loose parts, charging for parts that weren’t put on, you name it. Probably the worst body shop I’ve experienced. Responding to response: I escalated my complaint to the manager while on site. The vehicle had to be brought back. There’s a ton of circumstances that involves. Planning to not have the vehicle, arranging a rental, arranging drop offs and pickups. All so that you can do the job you were paid to do the first time. A few of the issues were rectified while many more were left unresolved. So that the general public doesn’t believe that I’m being hard to deal with. If I could leave a zero I would. First off, I would like to say that I've been a customer with collisionworx since Mr.Mike opened his first location many years ago. My daughter had front end damage to the vehicle. So, I suggested taking it here not knowing that Mr. Mike doesn't own it anymore, now it's franchised, which also means the customer doesn't matter. Upon the work being completed I noticed there was still some issues to the hood and headlight. I spoke with the people about this and they were very argumental and wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. They also said that my vehicle had been in another accident and that carfax is a lie. Even though I've never had an accident in this vehicle and carfax states that it's never been in an accident prior. I bought my vehicle used but of course I checked carfax and it stated it's never been in an accident. On top of that they refused to do anything else to my vehicle and then told my insurance that my car had been in a prior acciden
