Great service and helpful input with the questions I had. They are, as alot of employers, short on help. So be patient with them. I watched them gracefully and helpfully answer questions, and fill up people's low tires. Will be back.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! They open at 7:30am I arrive at 7:35am to only have a screw removed from my tire (repair) I’m told it will be a few hours! Ok fine! Sooo 3 hours later!!! It turned into wasting 3 HOURS OF MY TIME!!!!!! They never touched/moved my car!!!! GATEWAY TIRE YOU NEED SOME IMPROVEMENT ASAP!!!!
According to the manager I spoke with today, it is standard practice for employees to take your vehicle and run a check on it without informing you how much you will be charged. Even if the service you are wanting is declined, there may still be a charge which wasn't verbally spoken up front. I was also told that I could contact the district manager but the district manager would say the same thing, that verbal communication doesn't have to be given because of the signs that are posted in the store that the customer is supposed to read and therefore know what they will be charged even if the service cannot be performed. It is my personal opinion that as a business it is not a good practice to just assume that the customer can read every sign in your store rather than whoever you are dealing with having a conversation with you to say "yes we can look at this but this but it will cost you this amount and we may or may not be able to perform the service but you will be charged X amount e
