I've visited this business on two occasions and each time I've been treated like I matter. The shop feels like a shop and the people feel genuine plus the work is exactly what you want and pay for. They were recommended by Fletcher's automotive whom I HIGHLY recommend on National Street off Summer and now I am doing something that I rarely do and that is recommend Advance Muffler. Tho I was extremely pleased with the price I paid for a new catalytic converter to be put on my car, cause I didn't pay but a few hundred when everyone else was trying to charge me $1800 or more. After taking my car to get diagnosed at another car shop last week they noticed that the converter was and that it was a universal converter which they said my car can only accept factory models because they need to be bolted on. After calling Advance Muffler to discuss this with them they would not even allow me to get a refund. Would I did not consider a good business so therefore I will not be going back to this place.
The best shop on Memphis for repair your catalytic sensor that was steel. I gave the the 3 B ‘s on spanish. Bueno, bonito y barato. (Good, beauty and sheep).
