They do good work and are responsive to phone calls. Brian is good to deal with and friendly and Jonathan was also the same. They do take a long time to get your car back sometimes, but it is for reasons beyond their control, so you have to be patient. I would bring my car back here if needed, given the quality of the work. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience(s) have been professional and the work exemplary. There is a reason why the luxury brand dealers recommended Joe Stewart Body Shop and its because the shop understands that the quality of repair is paramount. The receptionist, the accounts manager and the shop manager, Lawrence Jr, were courteous, responsive and friendly. If there is any fault, it is with prolonged repairs. It seems every business is struggling with the supply chain and this company is no exception. But I appreciated their communications to keep me appraised of the repair process.
