If you have a Nissan Sentra don’t even bothered calling this shop. He is a waste

Taking my vehicle to Transmission Masters was a terrible decision. They took forever, keeping it an entire month. They wouldn’t call with updates as to why it was taking so long. Every time I called them, all I got were excuses. When they finally got it on a lift, they never called me with a diagnosis or estimate. They simply rebuilt the transmission without discussing it with me. The price they told me was insanely high. I literally could have gotten a built HD transmission for the price they charged for the rebuild. I would not have given permission to rebuild it, but I was not given the choice. When I asked for a detailed list of what parts they actually replaced, the guy at the front desk literally told me he had no clue and that he just answers the phone. The entire experience was miserable and I will never take another vehicle to them. The ONLY positive was that the owner called me and knocked the original price down 20% to make up for the issues. This review isnt really based on their actual work since in the end, we didn’t end up using them to fix our problem, but more so this review is based on the poor communication that we had with them….here’s a break down of the incident we had with them. We called them on a Thursday morning, asked for them to look at our vehicle, they sounded very nice and said, they would love to take a look at it for us and to bring it in Friday morning right at 8am and they will get it looked at it and call us with what they found. So we did just that, brought it in on Friday 8am. Friday afternoon no call from them. Saturday and Sunday, they are closed. Monday no call from them. By Tuesday mid day, we called to see what they had found, didn’t even know who we were but found our vehicle and said they will look at it by the end of the day and get back with us.Tuesday afternoon, no call. Wednesday, no call. Thursday no call. By the end of the day Thursday we called to see if they had found out anything
