These guys were great and wonderful to work with. I was in a pickle and my right front caliper was burning up my rotor. I was due to drive down to Florida with my Jeep and called them and they fit me in the very next day, diagnosed the issue and had me rolling again that night. I was extremely lucky to see this place. I happened to keep hearing a rattle in my car and assumed it was air vent, then an gentleman told me as I was parked- that there was a plastic “something” hanging from my car. I stopped at Morris Automotive because the guy told me I probably shouldn’t drive far. The guy at the shop got my car up and said it was a plastic guard that was hanging down- just needed “a few screws” It was such a blessing to be told the truth, walking in by yourself as a woman in a shop can be pretty hard somedays. This guy helped me and didn’t add on hundreds of dollars of repairs I didn’t need. I didn’t have a mechanic but now I do. It’s refreshing to run into kindness and honesty. I know it was 2 screws for him but for me it was a giant thing and relief lifted off my chest.

Shop did the work in a timely fashion. But my only recommendation, come here with your problem already diagnosed. If you come here to get it diagnosed you will be charged a $100 fee to diagnose the issue and it WILL NOT be waived if the shop does the work like a regular shop. Service: Engine repair
