I called the shop. I work next door. I asked how busy they were and if I had time to rotate my tires for lunch. I drove over there in under 5 min. They told me to park my car its an hour wait! I was like I just got off the phone with you. They said someone pulled in for an oil change before I got there. I looked into the bay with 1 car and 4 mechanics. You really gonna tell me it takes 4 guys 1 hour to change oil?!!?
Staff are fantastic. Corporate can't seem to get a tire balancer to this location for nearly a month now. Too bad I bought tires here and can't get them serviced here. Just made me go to another place and I will never return to Walmart for tires. Oh well.
The lady was on drugs and there was no true customer service
