Take 5 Oil Change

Nothing against the two gentlemen that performed my service. The price is just too high. I had $20 off and it was still more than what the Ford service center charges me and twice what I have paid at Walmart for the same service.

I asked for an oil change. They asked if I wanted an air filter change. I said no. They proceeded to find other ways to charge me things without asking. I waited 20 minutes before they even worked on my car, then it took another 30 to change the oil and all the other things they did. Five minutes? Not even close. Total bill: $150. Never returning.

I had a wonderful experience there! It took a little longer than normal because someone was in training They apologized and gave me 50% off my $130 oil change. They certainly did not have to do that, but I am very thankful. I was also impressed that they had me rev up my engine to 3000 RPMs for 3 seconds to make sure there were no leaks. I've never had an oil change place to do that before. I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone was so friendly! Service: Oil change
