Pat Bowles Paint & Body Shop

Took my daughter's truck to Pat Bowles for some repair after being rear ended and a little dent on the front bumper. They did a great job at repairing the vehicle. They completed the work by their recommended timeframe.

The customer service provided by Pat Bowles was commendable when I used their services last year following an unfortunate incident on I-40. A semi-truck had flung rocks at my brand new car causing minimal damage that required respraying the front bumper, repairing the windshield, and replacing the grill. While I was initially satisfied with the repairs, upon closer inspection, I noticed several flaws in the paint on the bumper. These include paint runs in certain areas, excessive orange peel, and what appears to be dust under the paint. As someone who takes great pride in caring for their vehicles, it was disheartening to see such imperfections on my new car. Although I chose Pat Bowles as a family-owned business with a reputation for providing quality work, I now regret not selecting a different shop. While the staff was friendly, the repairs themselves fell short of my expectations. As a result, I will need to pay out of pocket to have the repairs redone at another shop. Services: Pa

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOOOVE this place. But it is the owner[s] and employees that make It has been family owned for MANY years. I haven't had the best luck with cars. I had totled my car back in Oct. Of 2023 due to my prosthetic leg malfunctioning...Brandi [the owners daughter] and I talked a few days after the wreck..I found out my insurance was screwing me over. So I was out a car. Well it turns out they had an old 2002 Saturn just sitting there and they had been waiting to help out a customer in need. It's not a looler. Old school roll up windows....but it runs and gets me to work and to see my kiddos... I am forever grateful/thankful to all of them at the shop. They never bust heads and they treat everyone like family and friends. 10000x recommend
