I was a Damsel in Distress tonight, yes I was. And I needed to work. The two guys at the Hendersonville Autozone (Main St) helped me tremendously, and it meant So much. Thank you, I Really appreciate it. You will have my business always.
This five star review is not for the store, but for Jennifer who helped us with an alternator that was bought from Autozone on Gallatin Rd (East Nashville). She patiently worked through problems returning the alternator without a receipt, as it was not given to the costumer at check out at the other location. She worked diligently to resolve the issue (even calling the other location) and credit the customer. She went above and beyond to help the customer! Great customer service!!!
Husband ordered a headlight for the car. It arrived timely and I. Was called to pick it up. They were fairly busy at night but employees were very friendly and helpful.
