I Went to honda dealer and bought a valve cover gasket for my car. Brought my car to xpertrch for a tune up, I asked them if they can just put it in. They ended up just cleaning the current one and keeping my parts. I went under the assumption that it was fixed and now I’m at another shop 3-4 months later and they tell me that it was never fixed. Not cool

I came in to have my tire plugged on 4/19/22. The next day I got into my car to find the tire completely flat. My husband called them the next day to let them know that the job was not done properly. The gentleman on the phone said we could bring it back in. When we went back to have our money refunded/ have the balance put towards putting two new tires on we were informed that there was no warranty on tire repair. This is fair if that is your policy but if you did not even DO the job then there is an issue. On my receipt it said left, rear tire. But on the computer it said right, rear tire. So obviously they looked at the wrong tire. $21 wasted. Service: Tires
