My husband is needing some bodywork done to his car so I decided to check this place out just for a couple questions. Walked in the lobby and sat for 20 minutes without even a hello!. Once I finally got tired of waiting I walked to the front counter and asked her if she was available, off bat she notified me that they are only appointment only which is completely fine, BUT why did I have to waste my time sitting in there for you to tell me that ? Could’ve been said and taken care of upon walking in… now my time is wasted and you have a bad review . Thanks but won’t recommend due to poor customer service & communication skills. . !

I've been calling these people for 3 days trying to get an appointment!!! EVERYTIME I call, I'm placed on hold and noone ever comes back to the phone. The ONE day that the receptionist (I assume) called me initially to schedule an appointment for my car's appraisal, I could barely hear her and she has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. My insurance company recommended them but I opted NOT to go there for my appraisal!! First impressions are LASTING ones!

Went for an estimate on June 26. Was told they were going to send me and my insurance company the estimate. I spoke to the guy who was at the desk before receiving an estimate. He told me they were scheduling for September. I saw that my insurance company paid them so I called to see what day in Sept I was scheduled for and was told I did not have an appt but could schedule for November 1st. Totally unacceptable. Never again!!!
