Bob's Masterbend Muffler

4 month review: Called in August to get a quote on a true dual cat back exhaust and was quoted a very great price compared to other places. I got too caught up with work so I wasn’t able to go back up until September first and they still honored the quote from the month prior. Dropped my truck off that night and got it back the next day sooner than expected. Staff made it a very pleasant experience the entire time. It’s held up very well(just normal rust in the tips) and you definitely make a lot of people jealous. Overall great work and customer service. Will definitely be coming back in the future to get more work done!

Wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else!! Exhaust work is always done with pride and sounds great!!

Summerville-Trolley Road location —- My husband was advised on Thursday that he could come in on early Saturday morning (today) to have his truck worked on. He was the first customer there. My husband went in to let them know that he was there to get the work done. Based on what he was told services would be done on 1st come 1st serve bases. Being the 1st customer he was told to hangout for a lil while , he waited 2hours, while still waiting another customer came after him and got what they needed to be done to their truck, that was pulling a camper. Needless to say truck never got worked on. I totally believe that running a business you should keep your word. Customer service was very POOR no type of communication with customer.This business serve who they want to serve. My sister and brothers get your services done else where.
