Service King Collision East Main (Now Crash Champions)

The shop has decent body people that do good work! Managerwho has zero mechanical knowledge and can be a smug, arrogant, and down right ignorant! Although the shop does good work, management ruins the customer service! My wife suffers from complex PTSD after being assaulted by a axe wielding drug addict. She doesn't comprehend conversations very well due to the PTSD, and was verbally assaulted by the manager!

Very unimpressed… communication was great in the beginning… but with having issues with repairing… mismatch paint …side fender still shows wreak … I’ve decided not to continue to do business with them… took to long to repair and the resonance we received from the owner was unacceptable… Service: Body & Trim

Overall experience left me unimpressed and unwilling to continue to take vehicle back numerous times. However, they have the potential to do better. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim
