I was coming from out of town traveling to Charlotte, NC when my tire went flat. Once I made it to my destination I quickly looked for a tire shop I could go to in the morning to either get my tire fixed or replaced. Upon my search I came upon B&R Auto Tire & Repair. They had an excellent rating, reviews and was right around the corner from where I was staying. I called them that morning and they immediately scheduled me for an appointment. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. He fixed the tire that was flat (just needed a patch) and made sure my other tires were okay and filled them with air if needed. The service was efficient, effective and took no time. I was very pleased with the service provided as well as the gentleman who took care of my vehicle for me. I would recommend this tire shop to anyone in the Charlotte, NC area that is having any issues with their vehicle.

Called this business for a tire quote, agreed to an install time, and the rep requested a deposit. I additionally wanted to see if it was possible to have brakes installed but never got a chance to request due the unprofessional rep cutting me off. I asked if a deposit was standard since I've purchased tires many times before and had never been asked to do - the rep angrily shouted out " I'm not bringing in tires if I'm not sure your going to pick them up", I disconnected the call. Take your business elsewhere, clearly they done ain't it!
