Both customer service and vehicle repair was a 10/10! They were able to make a frustrating experience (getting rear-ended) as positive as possible. Very quick turn around time and very friendly staff! Repairs look great and I think they even cleaned my car exterior and interior? Will return next time I need any service done on my car.

Choose CC at the South End location! Everyone was highly professional and courteous. I felt appreciated. The amount of communication was just right to keep me from worrying. Tiffany, the service mgr, provided outstanding service in every step along the way. My car was there for a month, and I felt confident that it was being fixed properly. Unbelievable experience. Work was performed efficiently, quickly, and quality was 5star. The whole staff from ladies at the front desk, to Louis doing the rest, were beyond friendly. Whole process was easy and fast. Louis is amazing and kept me up to date daily on the progress. Parts arrived in 1 day, and work was done the next.
