Staff is extremely rude! I use to come to this location for oil changes but on several occasions I have found that my engine oil has leaked out because they never bothered to screw the oil filter on. This location will do anything to screw you over. AVOID!!!! Diagnostic fee to see if battery needs to be replaced!?! Go to Autozone where they can check it for free
Very, very unprofessional, I would never go back there and I most definitely wouldn’t refer anyone, Lucy is very rude to customers and disrespectful and Brenda tells lies, she’ll give you a price for something and up the price on it by the time you pick your vehicle up, she was very rude and angry because I wanted to go purchase my parts at a cheaper price so she did my back breakes and refused to finish the job on m front breakes and rotors, please DO NOT!! Use this location!! Service: Brake service & repair
Overall, these shops are great. Always cheap oil changes, 2 star because I was quoted 45 mins and ended up waiting 2 hours. Terrible estimate… either call or expect the wait (and hopefully it’s quicker for you). I probably won’t be back.
