I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 to change 1 tire. My wife took my car since I was at work. She didn't receive the car back until 2:30. This seems excessive for one tire. No updates were given to my wife regarding the delay but she did overhear one employee talk about appointments being double booked while they are understaffed. I have never had this type of experience at Discount Tire. Pep Boys could take a lesson from Discount Tire.
The manager Mark is awesome and aims to please the customer. They always do as the say and get the job done in a quickly fashion.
Austin and all of there workers were so good and worked so hard on our family truck after having an accident on a vacation. They stayed overtime and after hours to help us out and did such an amazing job. Couldn’t have asked for better service at this place!
