Howard is a great guy. Very easy to work with, no dancing around questions. This is where you get referred to when the other shops can't figure out your problem.
They hung up on me mid sentence Service: General repairs & maintenance
I called Howard's Automotive to schedule an appointment. A woman stating she was Howard's wife answered. Anyway, NO ONE has EVER, in my entire life, talked down to me like this. The most unbelievably rude customer service to date. Please think twice before dealing with this "business."
