First & foremost, let me say that Jim Booth was a hero and saved my birthday! There was a delay with the service being performed on my car and Jim jumped into action going above and beyond to get my vehicle finished and in my hands right before my birthday. Jim could see my unvoiced & voiced frustrations and reached out to all parties necessary to make it happen. Lastly, the staff was friendly and engaging while I waited to keep my mind off of my vehicle. I truly appreciate you all and thank you for making Prince ( my vehicle) as good as new !!!

They not only kept me updated but made sure I was communicated to on the whole repair process, from the towing in to ordering parts and as it went through the whole process, even to detail.
