I called for appointment for BMW 328xi, Amber was courteous, knowledgeable and gave me a high-level estimate. The brake pads, rotor, sensor replacement was completed in time as promised. Thank you Best Way & Daniel for outstanding work Friday 4.1.2022 in diagnosing a warning on my 2013 BMW X3. Having used a local place to do an oil change the prior day, I received a warning Drivetrain Malfunction alert and drove to Best Way. We moved here in late 2020 from Texas and I had noticed Best Way while at our vet, Lesslie Animal Hospital, made note and read your excellent client reviews. Fast forward to yesterday, Amber had Daniel test drive and do diagnostics regarding the warning, after assuring us it was nothing to worry about but to be aware and bring it back if the alert came back on, he looked under the hood and found something had not been re-connected after the oil change elsewhere, long story short, a million thanks to Best Way and especially to Daniel for saving the day.
