Mr. Fernando was professional from beginning to end. I sorry to have to say goodbye = he was honest. It is truly hard a quality in most individuals. He likes Subway.. He is extremely straightforward. I miss that aspect.
Pro: Fernando will do what he can to get you in asap, he works with a sense of urgency and most of the time he's pretty friendly. Con:. Can't trust him to do his job but he'll damn sure take your money with a smile and lie to your face. One example, bc I know without a doubt that he did this: paid him to clean the throttle body, took my car in, was charged 45 dollars, he told me when it was done, took my car home. A day or two later I replace my coils and while doing so what do I see? My black, coated and filthy, throttle body. Sigh...
