This location (Mount Pleasant) far exceeded my expectations. The staff was courteous and friendly, they made an appointment for my alignment and were prompt the day of the appointment. I got my car back in a timely manner and their work was done right the first time. Other shops couldn’t do the alignment since I had bigger tires and lift on my truck, but Gerald’s did it and also beat the prices at other shops. I appreciate the service.

Your staff, April, Christopher and Christian along with everyone else who helped me were amazing!! They we so busy but you were treated like you were the only one there ! I am from out of town and was in a difficult place trying to find a tire rim. They gave direction and support. Took wonderful care of me and got me back on the road very quickly! Can say enough about customer service felt more like family!

My mom brought her car here for routine service. The service man told her that she needed all new tires as hers were almost bald. My mom took her car to both Costco and Hudson Imports after to get their opinion on the tires. BOTH of those stores stated my moms tires were mildly worn and did NOT need to be replaced. Even WE could tell the tires weren’t bald. It’s also almost impossible to get anyone at Gerald’s to answer the phone. I felt the tire service man took advantage of my mom and tried to get her to replace perfectly good tires in order to make a cheap buck.
