I went to the Jiffy Lube at 1074 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant and I felt totally comfortable with the technicians. It wasn’t the fastest oil change but I wasn’t in a hurry. I’ll be back. Thanks guys! Service: Oil change

blatantly lied about my battery as 2 separate mechanics told me "its completely dead our tester can't even get a read on it" and pushed me to replace it which confused me because my battery is only 2 years old and never has issues. when I got home and checked it, I got a consistent read of 12-13 as it was charging. the mechanics here, even another woman, had no issue in taking advantage of a young woman getting an oil change. they were dishonest and rude to me as well, you're better off changing it yourself its worth the extra time or whatever the cost Service: Oil change
