Would definitely go back if we were locals. Yesterday we had a flat tire, Kenny was able to work us in so we could get on the road. He was extremely kind and understanding of our situation.

Incredible service! Had a nail in my tire and went in first thing Saturday morning without an appointment and they were able replace my tire. Service manager and technician were knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I recently took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. At first there weren't any other customers in the waiting area which made me think about the negative reviews I had read online. So I asked the gentleman at the counter about that. He told me he was the new store manager and that NTB had been sold to another company and would be operating under the new company name soon. (can't remember new name) He said that most of the negative experiences happened prior to change of ownership and that he was doing his best to improve customer experience at this location. He said it's been challenging to hire enough qualified technicians to enable the shop to run at full capacity. From what I observed as other customers came into the shop, everyone was treated professionally and courteously. My experience was positive and I would/will take my car there again for any future repair needs.
