Black Forest

I arrived in town after driving my AMG across the country from California, and then one morning after a heavy rain, she wouldn't start. Black Forest was the 2nd call I made. The mechanics located the problem and fixed it with only one part. They reported that further action could be necessary. I received daily update calls until my car was ready. My bill was lower than the estimate, also a pleasant surprise. The auto repair facility was spotless (yay) and well decorated! The team knowledgeable, polite, and dedicated to superior service. A couple of days after the service on my car was performed, I received a text from Dan-perhaps the owner-checking to see if I was happy with the service. I am positively thrilled to have found the best place to have my Mercedes-Benz serviced!
