Can't say enough good things about Doug. As a young woman with an old car in need of a lot of maintenance he never once treated me like an idiot nor did he ever try to make extra money from me. He even helped me when I was out of town and didn't know if I could trust the mechanic I was speaking to. He is a genuine honest business owner who believes in taking good care of all of his customers- regardless of their gender. He was like the car fairy god father I didn't know I needed! Everyone was very responsive and professional. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am female with little car knowledge.
