Paul's Car Care is top notch on servicing my vehicle and customer service as well. Always very helpful. I recently had a flat tire and stopped in for a patch or plug in the tire and unfortunately the tire couldn't be fixed so they put my spare on and didn't charge me anything. Who does something for nothing these days??? Excellent service all around!!! Thanks again

I brought my car in with a problem. I didn't have an appointment. They fixed my problem and didn't charge me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will bring my car back for any future work that needs to be done because they were so nice. It was a real feel good experience. Friendly and competent people are a real plus.

This is by far the laziest team in an auto shop. They didn’t even bring my car into the shop to look at it, they looked at it in the parking lot, i have bigger injectors in my car, which of course are wired in, they told me my wiring harness is bad and then sent me to a different shop who won’t work on my car because it’s a older vehicle. They wanted $170 to change battery terminals, I changed them in they’re own parking lot to save the price gouging (10 minute fix) then they get a awful stinky attitude with my wife over the phone tell her that they should have charged us the $170 for the battery terminals because “they had to tighten them”, they just did not deliver what I was expecting. this shop, is simply not good. If you want to save money, and ACTUALLY get your car fixed, I advise going to a different shop. Just a bunch of old white guys, far past they’re prime trying to work on vehicles, but if the issue is difficult to track down they’ll say it’s this or that, and send you on y
