I went to Caliber to get an estimate and had an appointment. Had to wait about 30 minutes when they got done, and I was back home. I got a call telling me I missed my appointment even though I was there and have an estimate to prove I was there. So my point is if they don't remember doing everything, why would I take my car there to get it worked on if they can't keep track of what was going on.
