Was told car would take 1 1/2 hours. When i got there i said i would wait. I have been here just shy of 1 1/2 hours and they just now brought my car in to do a complete oil change, tire rotation, etc. Beyond upset.
I brought my car here in hopes that they would fix the issue. They ended up doing some work on it and not even a week later I was having the same problem with my car. I took it back to them and they still haven’t fixed the problem. I would highly recommended taking your car to another shop because this shop is ridiculous! Even had video proof that my car still wasn’t right and they did nothing about it
First time servicing my Palisade other than at dealership. This place totally impressed me. Photos of each inspection site on the car. Fast efficient service and a very reasonable price. This car only has 22,000 miles on it, and this is where I’m going from now on unless it’s a warranty issue.
