Davis Custom Painting & Detail

While we were on our way to HH, the sunroof on our Toyota Highlander "exploded" (look it up--not all that rare)! We bought some plastic sheeting and gorilla tape and did a self-repair, but tape and plastic kept loosening while driving on I-81. Our insurance co told us to look for an auto body shop that did "crash wrap". I called Davis this morning, told them the story, and they said stop right over and they'd take care of us. We did, they did, and they said if we saw anything coming loose while we were still on HH to stop back, and they would fix it before we headed home. Price was very reasonable. I have been trying to collect a part invoice since 06-23-22. After leading me on for months with countless promises to pay. He quit answering the phone and emails. You say your trying to meet our needs?? Should we not have been paid out of the proceeds ( you collected) from the job for which you ordered the part and have not p[aid for. Covid is long dead and gone as an excuse. We are now yet another month and still no correspondence or attempt to pay the invoice that is now seven months old. WE ARE NOW COMING UP ON A YEAR!!! AND STILL NO PAYMENT!!!!! Now over two years, and still not paid. Is this someone you want working on your vehicle????
