The staff at the Port Royal location were outstanding . We came in from out of town with an issue from another place back home and they immediately helped us . They had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
I came to jiffy lube for an oil change. On the island, every business is short staffed, including this one. Although I had to wait, the manager was accommodating and attentive. The general manager, Josh, went out of his way offering to allow us to wait in the office or have a bottle of water. The service was great. The attitudes were great. Although, being short staffed, it was relatively seamless. It made the wait worthwhile. Thank you for caring so much!!
