Visiting HHI from Chicago suburbs. I was experiencing battery/alternator problems and we were heading home soon. They quickly diagnosed my problem and installed a new battery within an hour. While waiting I also witnessed great customer service with a number of long term patrons. Very personable service.

Had to get my 2018 Jeep renegade battery replaced but it can be tricky since there is electrical programming involved, auto techs were able to fix her up without a problem and they were the nicest people ever! Preston was so helpful and made the whole experience a dream! Thank you so much HHI auto techs! I was in and out in less than an hour and their service was perfect!!❤️

I took my truck in to have an oil leak repaired. After a couple of weeks, they called and said it was repaired. I picked it up and by the time I got home, all the oil had drained out. My leak was far worse than when I took it. They said bring it back and they would take care of it. I was hesitant but had no choice but to give them another try. They had now had my truck for a month. I finally picked it up and, after more than $2000 in labor and for parts, I drove it home and it still had an oil leak. They fixed their huge mistake, but the minor oil leak that I took the truck in for well, it still leaks.
