As we had a trip ahead of us that worked perfectly and we could be on the road in a decent time. 3 hours later, we were told they picked up the wrong brakes but went back to get the right ones and would be there within 30 minutes. 3 hours after the initial update, now around 1:30 PM, we were then told that once again, the wrong brakes were picked up but the car is all prepped, just needs the brake pads. As I'm typing this review at 4:53, the car has just been finished and is being tested to make sure everything was done properly. We have been here for almost 9 hours at this point. Their response was to not offer any discount of originally quoted price. Unacceptable to have us wait this long with very few updates on a job that should not take much longer than an hour, on top of that to not offer a discount for the time taken up is a slap in the face and shows the owner does not care that we have wasted so much time here.

I’ve been here before and had great service. They are shortstaffed and very disorganized. I’ve waited 4 hours for a transmission flush that hasn’t been started yet. I had an appointment.

These guys are the best and most reasonably priced auto care in Greenville. Super accommodating, patient, and fair. I'll never go anywhere else.
