As a more recent encounter, my driver contacted me (truck owner) in regards to passenger side mirror that was ripped off by another semi track leaving the local Pilot. The driver was in a Werner truck in Piedmont SC. On Saturday between Good a Friday and Easter Sunday, we felt like there was possibly a higher chance that we weren’t going to be able to move the truck until Monday as we anticipated things being closed in this area on Saturday. By the grace of the powers that be, the first service contact that I contacted was this company, and what a blessing. This company not only drove 45+ minutes to retrieve the part, but came to our aid with a passenger side mirror that was cleaner than the driver side which was also OEM. The replacement part had to be pulled from another truck, but was in awesome condition and the repair was quick, neat, and made for a very happy driver and owner.
