Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I took a chance sending my 16yr old son alone to have his oil changed at a local express shop. I am leaving this review to thank Steve for 100% customer service and professionalism. Steve outlined everything in detail and recommended Synthetic due to mileage in which I would have suggested, but my son felt comfortable and did not feel the need call me. I am impressed and have trust in this company and management for not taking advantage as others have. Steve also gave him two discounts for his next visit. Way to go Steve and Express Oil Change!!

Mike was my technician and he was great. Very nice and even cleaned my windshield off. Reuben was also doing a fantastic job directing traffic in the parking lot, he’s also very nice. Everyone is doing a great job and I always have a good experience here. I hope these people are being well paid! They deserve it.

Anderson, GA location Excellent service! I was greeted by 2 employees who came right up to my vehicle as if they were waiting for me! Felt very welcomed like I was visiting my family that was expecting me. The staff is very friendly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee and water, free wifi, and TV. The restroom is big and very clean. I highly recommend Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers! I will never go back to the dealership for tire or oil change service! Express Oil and Tire Engineer is way better than the dealership!
