Precision Tune Auto Care

Got my windshield wiper motor replaced. After paying and getting my jeep back that was supposed to be “finished”. I realized my wipers would not fully go down like it would before i had to go back and ask about it for them to try to get them to fully go down. 30 more minutes of trying to “reset” the wipers I’m told i need some part instead of reinstalling making sure the job was done correctly. I feel like the job was rushed or done poorly resulting in the wipers not being able to go fully down. I feel like if it was genuine i would’ve been told once my car was “finished” that the wipers wouldn’t go down due to needing a part, considering as they were working on the car they told me my battery was too small for my jeep. Instead they gave me my jeep with no explanation. Poor service honestly you can find somewhere cheaper & somewhere that’s not trying to rob you

Came in at 9:00 am on a Friday and Chris took great care of me. Just spot on with how long it would take, and took care of everything I needed with my oil change and tire pressure check. Done within an hour and I was a walk-in. My favorite place to get my oil changed.
