This was my first time using precision and I’ll definitely be back! I got a very thorough breakdown of what my car needed in addition to my side mirror being fixed. Hunter and Chris were both kind and efficient, going so far as to not let me leave without certain problems being remedied! I just needed an oil change, but I appreciated the full check on my vehicle. We talked about a few things that need to be done soon. I was already aware of several of the issues, so I knew these were legitimate needs. I wasn't ready to foot the bill for additional expenses on that day, and they did a good job of informing me without pressuring me.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t rotate my tires. Paid $18 and I told them the back right was low on air and they said it would be topped off. Back right was still low on air and still in the same location it was before when I got home. They also said they would top off my fluids but my wiper fluid is empty after I tested it twice. They must have put in a couple drops. Told me I needed back brakes replaced for $449. Will definitely get a 2nd opinion. Who knows if the oil was even changed. $100 wasted and no intention of going back to this location. Service: Oil change
