Where to begin? My S350’s AC compressor froze and shredded the belt. Destroyed idler pulley, and tensioner. We were on our way from NC to Tuscaloosa bring daughter to Bama orientation. Had it towed to dealership. They won’t work any car under 2013. They gave me PowerStar Auto’s #. Spoke to Teresa who was very reassuring they could work on it. Towed again from dealer to PowerStar. Teresa had technician look at it right away. Technician was about to short belt it bypassing ac compressor, and replaced idler pulley tensioner. Boom! We were on our way again to make it to orientation. I would bring my car from NC to Powersave if it were feasible. Highly recommend!! Teresa even called me this morning to make sure we made it. You don’t see customer service like this anymore. Thanks again Teresa, and Team!!

I really wanted to like this place as it came highly recommended and they get rave reviews but the only thing I can figure out is perhaps they just aren't that great at repairing diesel Mercedes. I took it in with fuel problems and for six months and over $6,000 in repairs I never had the car back for more than a couple weeks, and in some case a couple of days, before the check engine light came back on and I had to return for yet another repair. I finally gave up and found another Mercedes mechanic that seems to be educated on diesel engines.
