The guys at Pep Boys off Laurens Rd are awesome! I’ve had two of my cars worked on here & they definitely get the job done in a timely manor. They love what they do and it shows. There is no better feeling than having a mechanic that you can trust. I will drive 45 mins to Pep Boys any day! Thank you guys!
Came in for some brake work to be done and they said I needed pretty much everything (brakes, rotors, etc). it was close to 2000.00. I had just had my car at the BMW service center and they said I just needed some pads. I then went to another local mechanic and they confirmed it just needed some pads. I used to trust pep boys but not anymore.
Excellent customer service. Thought my brakes needed changed but they assured me they was still plenty of life. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need!! How rare is that these days!! Love their honesty!
