The best experience I’ve had!!! Honestly I came in to get an alignment done and I needed a few things done before it could happen. The guys were so open and honest with me, and didn’t just get me out of my money. Very much appreciate and respect these guys. Highly recommended to everyone in the Greenville SC, and surrounding counties. Thanks NTB!!!!!

Went in to get some sensor lights off my dash. Originally was told it was a wheel bearing. Went back in and they told me it was just a set of broken sensors, paid 500$ and no lights came off my dash. I asked the mechanic what the code was for my check engine light. Instead of telling me the code number like i asked, he proceeded to explain the issue with the lights saying it was beyond what they could do. So they self admitted to charging me 500$ to not fix anything for me and to leave my car the way it was. At the end of charging me for foxing nothing, they tried upselling me tires. Will not be coming back here as they clearly dont care about satisfaction and just being a genuinely good person.

I brought my vehicle in due to my tire constantly losing air, and the dealership telling me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. NTB found a huge nail in my tire, and patched it up quickly for me. They also checked the rest of my tires just to ensure there were no other issues. I am extremely appreciative for the kindess, professionalism, and overall pleasant experience I had while visiting this location. I definitely recommend anyone I know to come here.
