Outrageous tow bill. Much more than stated. Woman in office was a ^#@*# very very rude.. when you don't have a choice they can charge whatever they want. White collar crime at it's best !

The WORST!!!! I would never recommend or use them! There was a wreck on the corner of our business. One car hit our building and the other was in front of our business. They left car parts, glass, fluids at our front door and all over the parking lot. Not only did they not clean up, but after 2 phonecalls to their business they told me they would send someone back to pick up. They didn't! Completly lied to me. I called the city and they apologized and within 2 hrs Someone from Jackie Mauldin came and did a weak effort at cleaning up!

absolutely trash. they tried to scam us multiple times. refused to let me pick up car for 3 days and tried to make me pay for each day i couldnt get car. lied saying car was totalled and lied trying to convince me to pay them to keep car - car is completely fixable, they just wanted to keep it. awful service the woman attitude was ugly and the man rude. I wish I could leave zero stars.
