I love visiting Grease Monkey on Augusta Road! The manager and staff within this location are ALWAYS so kind and informative. I've never waited longer than 30 minutes for an oil change, which I've always found incredibly impressive. I highly recommend this location for quality car and customer service! I had the best experience today with Freddie. I got a screw in my tire on my way to work this morning. I called, spoke with him and let him know what happened. He tells me to bring it over, let him look at it before I buy a tire. I hurried over to him. Luckily it was not too bad. He took care of my tire just like that. I received the best experience with him today. Most company, you have to make an appointment or leave your car with them. Freddie took care of me and my car. I never had to leave my vehicle. He went far and beyond to make sure I was good with my vehicle. Listen, if you ever need a good honest man to rely on....Go to Grease Monkey on Augusta and ask for Freddie.
