I went to Goodyear about a nail I had in my tire, which was about 3 - 4 inches away from the edge. After a 3 hour wait, I was told that the tire could not be patched and that i would have to spend $130-$150 for a new Goodyear tire, but was told that they did not have any tires at the moment. I declined a new appt and instead went to a different place. Within 45 minutes, they looked at my car, determined that a patch would be sufficient, and got me on my way at no cost. I do not appreciate liars in a business.
Abby and Fred are kind, knowledgeable and helpful above & beyond. Excellent quality and reasonable price, final cost under phone estimate. Comfortable wait area with coffee. You guys are awesome!
