Fred Anderson Collision - Greenville

Absolutely terrible service. The customer service is sub par to a fast food restaurant. I would literally take your vehicle any where but here. We had to be the middle man between the insurance company and them because breakaway would not pick up the phone! We had to spend extra money(300$) on a rental due to Chris B. he lied to us every step of the way. The guy is terrible , if your reading this review please do your self a favor and run like hell from this place!

I had an amazing experience with Ken from Breakaway. He was super attentive and made sure to keep me updated on all of my issues after having a tire blow and completely ruin my car. I know that they’re super busy there but he always went out of his way to help me out and make sure my car was fixed and running the way it needed to! My car looked brand new when I got it back! Would highly recommend coming here for repairs!

Having to edit my review again for 3rd time. After further inspection of my vehicle they literally put a giant scratch on my rear bumper. Never go here at all between the incorrect time estimate and damage to your vehicle it's not worth it.
