They are fairly nice and seem to be very pleasant yet they charged me for two separate issues yet once I left the issues we exactly the same after taking the car back twice and basically being RE assured the issue was fix it WASNT and my car was parked in the exact same spot I left it. I was then told they couldn’t fix it (as if they tried) he sent me away with my car the way it was 3 weeks ago. I’ve sat for hrs waiting on several occasions and I’m inclined to believe tht they give excellent work TO CERTAIN PPL. Some ppl pic up thier cars with clean tires etc while others get theirs back praying it’s fixed!!! Service: Transmission
AVOID FOR BODY WORK/PAINT!! As previously posted, affable and approachable BUT overpromises and underdelivers. Poor attention to detail, does not honor commitment to delivery and agreed timeline for completeness, multiple excuses for incomplete work with expectation for full payment. In a nutshell, a AWFUL experience...0/5 stars. Service: Body & Trim
