First Class Halt

First Class Halt is a first class company. My driver door window would not close properly. I anticipated having a power window regulator replacement charge. I was surprised that I was told the screw had worked its way out and had fallen to the bottom of the door. They replaced it so my repair cost was much lower than I had expected. This is representative of an honest company and great customer service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Service: Auto power window repair

Vehicle was not repaired, they wanted to install a new part that had already been replaced 3 times, I could not afford throwing another expensive part at the problem with no assurance that it would fix the issue. I did like these folks though, quite courteous and professional. Wish they had agreed to pursue my theory of the cause of the problem (pin hole in a/the steel brake line). Would likely use them again anyway. Service: Brakes

I've been using this company for about 2 years now and they've been fantastic. We tried a couple of other local companies when we first moved to the area, but I'm pretty sure they have a customer for life now as long as we have a compatible vehicle :). The team is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the labor pricing is very, and the most important thing is that they're trustworthy. It can be difficult to find that in a mechanic.
