Firestone Complete Auto Care

I just want everyone to know, I just left my BMW 328 with them to fix a flat tire and the primary reason to be there is to fix the flat tire. As they were doing the flat tire , I also asked them to do the wheel alignment. I came back at 6:30 PM to pick up my car , reset the tire pressure ,drove around the target and found out that they haven't fixed my flat tire. I drove back to find out why and if that can be fixed. The answer that came was, " We forgot to do that, I will put more air in it, Please come tomorrow morning" . Writing this review and I will not be sending an email to any other email addresses. I was in Greenville from out of town and had a flat tire. After calling Firestone and speaking with Joshua, they were able to get my car in and check to see if it was repairable. It was not; however, they had the exact tire in stock and had me in and out within 30 minutes! I was extremely thankful for their great service, especially being the Sunday of a holiday weekend!!! Scheduled an appointment for 4pm, arrived on time and waited until 6pm when they finally told me the tire needed to be replaced. How do you take two hours to figure that out? No status updates or anything because they forgot I was there. Would not recommend.
