I was driving back to Columbia from Cashiers, NC when my engine light came on and started flashing. I Googled the problem and it could be anything from a bad plug to a the catalytic converter. Fortunately, I made it the Firestone at E. Antrim dr. Pulled in and told them my problem and the car was having trouble accelerating. They ran a diagnostic and the code was cleared. They said sometimes a little hiccup in the gas line can cause a misfire which sets the sensor off. They gave me some fuel additive and told me top off the tank with premium at the station around the corner on my way home. That did the trick and I made it home with no issues at all. They need to understand people better not just charge an arm and leg for work . I went in to see why I have a misfire on my car and went to them to check it and told them what happened and they did work then did a diagnostic. Then charged me for that then found the problem fixed it then charged me more . Without consulting me
