This place is beyond amazing! Their customer service is out of this world even late on a Friday in 100 degree weather! Thank you so much for amazing service and helping my stranded family! I would pay more for their service!
Usually they are amazing but the staffing on May 4th was terrible. I understand we had no appointment scheduled. The man gave an estimated time of 12:15 when the vehicle would be ready when we had checked in @10:14. When we asked for an update or at-least an estimate time the response was “ your vehicle is next” it is now 1:11 and the man approached us and said we are next and the car is still yet to go back. Truly the worst service I have ever had here. Like I said I’m usually satisfied
Dudes there hooked me up. Gave me recommendations for the best tire for me since i didn’t have time to research for myself like usual. Even gave me recommendations for a nice place to get an alignment checked for free!! Thanks again to Shawn, and Wes.
